Prakash Kash Dindyal, New York real estate salesperson
About Kash

Experience matters most when it helps you make a better decision.

I’m Prakash Dindyal — Kash — a New York Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Prevu Real Estate. I work with homeowners across Long Island and New York City, with a seller-first approach built around pricing, preparation, negotiation and clear communication.

I live in Malverne and have worked in New York real estate for more than 20 years. Across 500+ career transactions, the most useful lesson has been simple: sellers need someone who can interpret the market, explain the tradeoffs and keep the process moving from the first conversation through closing.

How I Work

Property first. Strategy second.

I do not believe a generic online estimate should decide a seller’s strategy. I start with the actual property, the most relevant recent sales, current competition, condition, taxes, layout, likely buyer objections and the seller’s timing.

What I Write About

Real seller decisions.

My Field Notes and Seller Advice focus on questions that come up in actual transactions: pricing, showing feedback, offer quality, appraisal exposure, preparation, selling costs, FSBO decisions and what to do when a listing is not working.

Long Island

Suburban seller strategy.

Pricing and preparation can change block by block and school district by school district. I work across Long Island and maintain dedicated Malverne seller notes because that is the community where I live.

New York City

Property type changes the playbook.

Houses, co-ops, condos and multi-family properties have different buyer pools, costs, building rules and transaction details. The strategy should reflect the property type rather than forcing every seller into the same process.
